WHO ARE BOSP?

BOSP stands for Brighter Opportunities through Supported Play Ltd, formerly known as Brentwood Opportunities for Special People. It is a registered charity and was formed in 1991 by parents of children with special needs. In 2005 BOSP changed its name and acquired limited status.

AIMS

  • To provide play and recreational opportunities for children and young people with learning disabilities.
  • To give parents and families respite and support.
  • To support young people in acquiring social skills which enable each individual to become as independent as his or her abilities allow.
  • To enable children and young people with learning disabilities to enjoy a better quality of life.

WHAT WE DO

BOSP runs various activities to encourage individual development, these include various clubs and even holidays.
