This new group being run by Holly from SENCAPS Basildon, with support from BOSP and Silver Lining, will commence at the BOSP Skills for Life Building on Thursday 28th September 2023 from 10.30am to 12.00pm.

Holly’s journey began when her daughter was diagnosed with special educational needs. Holly joined the BOSP Tots group back in November 2022 and she went from feeling isolated to feeling empowered from the support she received at BOSP. Holly now wants to share her knowledge and experiences of navigating the SEND system and offer advice and support to other parents and carers of children and young people with SEND.

This group will offer a safe space for a chat and a cuppa for other parents and carers of children and young people with SEND, to come together to help support each other along the way.

This is a free session, open to all parents and carers of children and young people with SEND. Free refreshments and book and magazine swap. Alternate Thursdays, term time only. Contact Holly at SENCAPS Basildon on 07852 508007 for more information.
